A light cocktail, ideal for enjoying hot summer days in good company on the terrace and stylish winter evenings in front of the fireplace.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cl FRENZEL Grapefruit
  • 12 cl Tonicwater WildBerry
  • ½ Piece Lime quarter
  • 2 TL Cane sugar
  • Crushed ice

Equipment

  • 1 long drink glass
  • 1 pestle/muddler
  • 1 jiggerFor measuring

Method
 

  1. Prepare the cane sugar and lime: Cut half the lime into quarters and place in a highball glass with the cane sugar. Muddle the lime lightly to release the essential oils.
  2. Add Frenzel grapefruit: Pour 5 cl Frenzel Grapefruit into the glass.
  3. Top up with ice: Fill the glass generously with crushed ice.
  4. Add tonic water: Finally, carefully add 12 cl Tonicwater WildBerry and stir gently.

Notes

💡 SERVING SUGGESTION: Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of fresh mint for extra freshness.
❄️ CRUSHED ICE TIP: If crushed ice is not available, wrap the ice cubes in a clean kitchen towel and carefully crush them with a hammer.
